Absolutely no children are allowed in Spa Roma while services are being performed. No exceptions please.

Turn off all cellular phones and paging devices while receiving services in the spa to insure that all guests have a relaxing visit.

Appointments must be secured with a credit card (MC/Visa/AmEx/Discover). If you do not cancel your appointments  24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment. No exceptions please. We do accept Spa Finders and Utix Gift Certificates/Cards. We do not accept checks.

If you are 15 minutes or more late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment as Spa Roma prides itself for running on schedule for all guests. If you choose to keep the appointment, you will be completed on time and charged full price.

Spa Roma therapists have the right to refuse service.
Enter the spa quietly as services are usually being performed on other guests.

Gift cards expire 1 year from purchase date.

Spa Roma does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.

We adhere to all statewide guidelines for sanitation to insure the safety and health of all clients.

If you become ill (cold, flu), we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment so as not to make our therapists or other spa guests ill.
Spa Roma does not give refunds.

If you are not completely satisfied with your spa experience, please contact our spa coordinator. We will do our best to exceed your needs.

Tours are not given in order to insure our guests are totally relaxed during their spa visit. Thank you for understanding.
